From KLAS TV, this webcam is located on the top of the Stratosphere. Apparently they change the position of the camera throughout the day, so you'll see the Strip at night, and some other scenes throughout the day.
7/9/06: Hmmm... for some reason this webcam doesn't seem to be working any longer.
